The election of the representative of the technicians and administrators at Al-Diwaniyah Technical Institute.

On Tuesday, February 11, 2025, elections were held for the position of representative of the technicians and administrators at Al-Diwaniyah Technical Institute, one of the branches of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. The election aimed to select a single representative from among three candidates to represent the technicians and administrators on the Institute’s council and to follow up on their issues.

The election was conducted under the supervision of a specially formed committee, with the presence of the Dean of the Al-Diwaniyah Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Zaid Maan Hassan Al-Dulaimi, along with the institute’s assistant deans, division heads, and the staff members, including both technicians and administrators, who participated in the voting and nomination process.

Upon the completion of the voting, the counting and sorting process began under the supervision of the overseeing committee. The results concluded with the victory of Engineer (Salam Rahman Obeid) as the representative of the technicians and administrators at the institute.
