A volunteer initiative by the staff members of Al-Diwaniyah Technical Institute at Al-Shafaq Girls’ Intermediate School.

Under the guidance of the Dean of Al-Diwaniyah Technical Institute, Professor Dr. Zaid Ma’in Hassan Al-Dulaimi, a group of staff members and students from the institute visited Al-Shafaq Girls’ Intermediate School to carry out a voluntary service initiative. The activity was supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul-Hussein, Vice Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Safa Maseer Kamoush, Head of the Prosthetics and Orthotics Techniques Division, and Assistant Lecturer Rasha Hussein Ahmed, Head of the Student Activities Unit.

The voluntary work included the replacement and maintenance of the school’s external surveillance cameras, as well as the replacement of several ceiling fans in the classrooms and the repair of others. Additionally, a water pump was supplied and connected to the school, and some of the doors were painted.

In turn, the administration and staff of Al-Shafaq Girls’ Intermediate School expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation to the Dean and staff members of Al-Diwaniyah Technical Institute for their noble efforts in rehabilitating the school’s deficiencies. They extended their best wishes for continued success and achievement.
