A charitable bazaar was organized within the premises of the College of Polytechnic – Al-Qadisiyah to support orphans and underprivileged families, under the patronage of the Nawaris Al-Nahrain Charity Organization and in collaboration with the Student Activities Division and the Women’s Affairs Unit of the college.
The bazaar was attended by the College Dean, Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahieh, the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Ahmed Hashem Youssef, as well as several department heads, faculty members, staff, and students. The event featured a display of various products, handicrafts, food items, and artisan works, with the proceeds directed toward the targeted beneficiaries.
During his tour of the bazaar, the Dean emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering social solidarity and humanitarian responsibility among students and the broader community, praising the organizers for their efforts and the excellent planning and management of the event.
This activity is part of the college’s ongoing humanitarian and social programs, aimed at supporting volunteer initiatives and cultivating a spirit of generosity and belonging among its students.
