Polytechnic College launches a tree-planting campaign to promote a sustainable campus environment

Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Polytechnic – Al-Qadisiyah, Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahieh, the Department of Community Health Technologies, in collaboration with the Student Activities Division, organized a tree-planting campaign across the college premises and courtyards.

The campaign aims to increase green spaces and enhance the campus environment, reflecting the college’s commitment to aesthetic and environmental aspects, while promoting a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility among students.

A number of faculty members and students participated in the campaign, planting various types of trees and plants, emphasizing the importance of environmental preservation and maintaining the overall appearance of the college.

The Dean praised this initiative, commending the efforts of both faculty and students in successfully carrying out activities that contribute to a clean and sustainable campus environment. He also affirmed that such campaigns would continue as part of the college’s plan to raise environmental awareness.
