Ms. Hawra Abdulkarim Al-Janabi, Head of the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Al-Qadisiyah Education Directorate, presented a certificate of appreciation to Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahiya, Dean of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, in recognition of his constructive cooperation and continuous support for programs and initiatives related to women’s empowerment and the enhancement of their societal role.
