Under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahiyya, the Department of Health Management Technologies held an introductory workshop dedicated to explaining the SIS system to students. The workshop was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Muammal Hussein Juweisim, Assistant Professor Dr. Khairiya Abdul Fadl, and Lecturer Nada Ahmed Fayrouz. The workshop included an explanation of the mechanism for accessing the system, updating personal data, reviewing the available electronic services, as well as clarifying the correct steps for paying the prescribed fees.
The workshop aimed to assist students in using the system smoothly and efficiently, avoiding common errors during its use, thereby contributing to the organization and facilitation of academic and administrative procedures and enhancing students’ awareness of the importance of the electronic systems adopted by the college.
