Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahiyya, the Dean of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, conducted a visit to the Construction and Projects Department at the University of Al-Qadisiyah, accompanied by Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdulhussein Mohammed, and Head of the Construction and Projects Unit, Dr. Hamid Shakir Tarrad.
The purpose of the visit was to review the local service and engineering projects implemented at the University of Al-Qadisiyah in Diwaniyah, and to explore the possibility of benefiting from successful experiences and applying them to the buildings and service projects within Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College. This aims to contribute to the development of infrastructure and improve the campus environment.
The delegation was received by Engineer Aqeel Khayoun Jarrallah, Director of the Construction and Projects Department at the University of Al-Qadisiyah, who provided a detailed explanation of the completed works and the implementation mechanisms adopted by the local service and engineering efforts in Diwaniyah.
During the visit, the Dean emphasized the importance of strengthening joint cooperation and exchanging expertise between academic institutions, particularly in the fields of construction and engineering projects, in line with the requirements for development and institutional quality.
