Dr. Ali Kareem Fantil, a lecturer in the Department of Medical Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Techniques at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, a subdivision of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, has published a scientific research paper titled:
“Measuring level of administrative transparency of sports federations heads and clubs in Qadisiyah governorate (From point of view of its employees).”

The research was published in the Journal of Applied Movement and Sport Science, an international peer-reviewed scientific journal specializing in movement and sports sciences.

The study aimed to measure the level of administrative transparency practiced by the heads of sports federations and clubs in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate from the perspective of their employees. It examined several key pillars, including legislative transparency, information systems transparency, communications, decision-making, administrative accountability, and performance evaluation.

The researcher adopted a descriptive survey methodology, targeting a sample of employees within sports federations and clubs in Al-Qadisiyah. The goal was to diagnose the reality of administrative transparency in sports management and identify the primary challenges facing the development of administrative performance in sports institutions.

The study concluded with a set of results and recommendations emphasizing the importance of fostering a culture of administrative transparency. It called for solidifying the principles of clarity and accountability to enhance institutional work and elevate performance levels within sports federations and clubs.

These research efforts fall within the framework of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College’s commitment to supporting the scientific output of its staff and encouraging research that serves the community and develops institutions across various sectors
