Under the direction of the Dean of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahiah, the Student Activities Division, with the participation of several college staff members, organized a humanitarian initiative: an Iftar banquet for worshippers at the Sayyid al-Shuhada Mosque. This initiative was part of a broader effort to strengthen community values and the spirit of solidarity during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The initiative saw active participation from both academic and administrative staff, who prepared and distributed Iftar meals to the worshippers in an atmosphere of cooperation and giving. This reflects the social responsibility that the college is committed to instilling in its staff and students.

Additionally, the initiative included providing the mosque with cleaning supplies to support a healthy and clean environment for the worshippers and to promote a culture of volunteerism and community service.

This activity is part of a series of events implemented by the college, reaffirming its humanitarian role alongside its academic mission, and seeking to strengthen ties with the local community.
