The Department of Business Management Techniques at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, a constituent of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, organized a training workshop titled “The Future of Education in the Era of Artificial Intelligence in Iraq.”
The session was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Jafar Kadhim, Head of the Department; Lecturer Ahmed Ghaffar Hussein, Department Rapporteur; and Assistant Lecturer Duha Salem Waheed. The event was attended by second-stage students as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to keep pace with technological advancements and enhance academic awareness.
The workshop explored the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its developmental stages, highlighting its significance in advancing the educational process. Discussions also focused on the challenges of implementing AI within educational institutions and methods for improving teaching pedagogy through AI integration.
Concluding the session, the lecturers emphasized the importance of adopting AI technologies in education to develop student skills and foster a modern learning environment. They stressed the necessity of continuing such programs to meet contemporary global demands.
