Assistant Lecturer Hassan Hadi Mashkoor, a faculty member in the Department of Insurance Technologies at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, has been awarded a Certificate of Completion for an international specialized course in academic leadership titled:
“Stepping into Leadership: Essential Skills for New Higher Education Managers,”
which was delivered as part of the Business School program at the University of Nottingham.
The course aims to develop leadership and managerial skills for academics in higher education institutions by focusing on enhancing team management capabilities, building professional resilience, and aligning with the globally recognized AHEP professional framework.
