Dr. Hassanein Ali Hadi, a lecturer in the Department of Forensic Evidence Technologies at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, participated with a scientific research paper in the Second Legal Conference organized by the College of Law at Al-Mustaqbal University, featuring a distinguished group of researchers and legal specialists.

The research was titled: “Engineering Consultancy Contracts Between Human Thought and Artificial Intelligence: A Legal Analytical Study.”

The study addressed the legal implications of engineering consultancy contracts in light of rapid technological advancements, particularly with the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in design and consultancy fields. It highlighted the challenges these technologies pose to legal liability, the limits of relying on smart systems for decision-making, and the integration between human expertise and modern technologies.

The conference was held under the slogan: “The Rule of Law and Achieving the Goals of Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions,” and titled: “Digital Transformations, Technical Developments, and Their Impact on Contemporary Legislative Policies.”

This participation reflects the college faculty’s commitment to academic openness and engagement in scientific conferences, contributing to keeping pace with modern developments and enhancing the role of scientific research in addressing contemporary issues.
