Under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahya, the Department of Health Administration Techniques—a division of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University—organized a cultural seminar titled “Imam Al-Sadiq and the Formation of the Conscious Individual.” The event was held in collaboration with the “Li-Ajl Al-Mahdi” Cultural Team.
Objectives of the Seminar
The seminar aimed to highlight the intellectual and scientific role of Imam Ja’far Al-Sadiq (PBUH) in building a conscious human personality. It focused on:
- Moral Foundations: Instilling ethical values and humanitarian principles to foster social development.
- Cultural Awareness: Elevating the intellectual and cultural awareness of the students.

The seminar was presented by His Eminence Sayyid Sadiq Al-Murooj, who explored several themes regarding Imam Al-Sadiq’s methodology in education and reform. He emphasized the impact of this approach in preparing a conscious generation capable of facing contemporary challenges based on the authentic values advocated by the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT).

The event was attended by faculty members, staff, and a large group of students. The attendees actively engaged with the lecture through questions and discussions, reflecting a deep interest in the intellectual and cultural themes presented.

In recognition of his valuable efforts and enriching lecture, a Shield of Appreciation was presented to His Eminence Sayyid Sadiq Al-Murooj.
