Final preparations have been finalized for the 1st International Scientific Conference, titled “Engineering and Science for Sustainable Development Goals 2026.” The event is organized by Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, represented by Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, the Engineering Technical College of Najaf, and the Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute, in collaboration with Erbil Polytechnic University. The conference is scheduled to commence tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the Shaqlawa Technical College.
The scientific, organizational, preparatory, and media committees have worked tirelessly to fulfill all requirements. These efforts aim to ensure the success of this distinguished academic event, presenting it in a manner that befits the participating academic institutions and reflects their level of scientific advancement and mutual cooperation.
