The Polytechnic College – Al-Qadisiyah held a specialized workshop on the Student Information System (SIS) program, attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Zaki Muhammad Abbas Bahiah, the Associate Deans, coordinators of scientific departments, and several heads of relevant divisions and units, to discuss pending issues and obstacles within the program and the mechanisms to address them.

The workshop featured a review of the most prominent technical and administrative challenges facing users while working on the system. Additionally, the attendees discussed notes and proposals submitted by the scientific departments aimed at developing performance and improving the efficiency of utilizing the program.

During the workshop, the Dean emphasized the importance of continuous follow-up on issues related to the program and working to resolve them as quickly as possible to ensure workflow continuity and data accuracy. He directed the relevant parties to maintain mutual coordination and follow up on the implementation of the proposed solutions.

At the conclusion of the workshop, it was agreed to take the necessary measures to address existing obstacles and follow up on the implementation of recommendations, thereby contributing to enhancing work efficiency on the SIS program and achieving its desired goals.
