Admission to the morning studies at the institute is centralized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The student who has obtained a high school diploma in the same year of application or the preceding year must apply through one of the designated application centers set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This process must be completed within two weeks after the release of the general high school examination results.
General Admission Conditions for Iraqi Students in Morning Studies:
The following conditions must be met for a student to be accepted into the institute:
– The student must be an Iraqi national.
– The student must have obtained an Iraqi secondary school certificate, verified by the Directorate General of Education in the province, or an equivalent certificate.
– The student must pass the medical examination.
– The student must not have been convicted of a non-political felony or a misdemeanor that would undermine their honor.
– The top 10% of vocational high school graduates will be accepted into our institute’s departments, each according to their specialization.
Conditions for Admission Cancellation:
Admission will be canceled in the following cases:
– If the student does not attend the department they were assigned to within two weeks after the acceptance results are announced.
– If the student provides false or incomplete information or documents to the institute. In such cases, the institute has the right to cancel the admission.
– If the student’s acceptance is found to be in error and not in accordance with the instructions, regulations, and conditions, their admission may be canceled even if the student has advanced to a higher class.
– If the required original documents are not submitted.
Required Documents for Registration:
– High school diploma certificate.
– Medical examination certificate.
– Civil status identity card (photocopy).
– Iraqi nationality certificate (photocopy).
– Five personal photos.
– A guarantor (preferably an employee of a government department).
