Develop plans and programs for the department’s tasks.
Supervise and continuously audit the department’s activities.
Assign tasks within the department based on the specific units and ensure continuous and direct follow-up.
Respond to university reports and reports from the Board of Supreme Audit.
Oversee the distribution of salaries.
Prepare schedules for the department’s tasks and set deadlines for completing required tasks.
Ensure the availability of allocated funds before processing disbursements and performing treasury audits.
Review all accounting entries and sign supporting documents.
Manage employee salaries and contract payments and prepare payroll lists.
Reconcile monthly payroll lists with salary records.
Prepare final payroll summaries and submit them to the university within the designated deadlines.
Enter all monthly payroll data into the payroll system.
Record all employees’ monthly payroll entries in the payroll register.
The employee in this position is directly supervised by the Head of the Financial Department.
Prepare monthly balances at the end of each month.
Post various types of documents (disbursements, entries) to the records, in coordination with the accountant.
Confirm all accounting entries and disbursement documents in the relevant accounting records.
Prepare analytical reports for advances and deposits accounts.
Organize the employee accounts form.
Organize storage issuance receipts for materials issued.
Organize storage receipt vouchers for materials received.
Record all storage receipt and issuance vouchers in the storage register.
Monitor the movement of assets within the institute.
The employee in this position is supervised by the Head of the Financial Department.
Deposit all received funds into the bank.
Close the treasury at the end of each month.
Receive any funds returned due to errors or salary deductions in accordance with financial regulations.
Collect cash payments against official receipt vouchers.
Record all official receipt vouchers in the treasury journal and report directly to the Head of the Financial Department.
