Duties of the Performance Evaluation Unit
Managing, organizing, and documenting all matters related to evaluating the performance of faculty members and employees.
Updating staff data on the electronic system of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority.
Granting heads of scientific departments access to evaluation forms through creating usernames and passwords.
Auditing and verifying evidence related to evaluation forms for each employee.
Entering evaluation scores into the electronic system.
Extracting evaluation reports after approval by the Dean and announcing them to employees.
Extracting final evaluation reports after approval by the University President and announcing them to employees.
