The organizational structure of any institution is a tool to help achieve its goals efficiently and effectively by ensuring harmony among different departments, divisions, units, and activities, while avoiding duplication and overlap. It also greatly affects the behavior of individuals and groups within institutions. The organizational chart represents a diagram showing all main functions, administrative units, their relationships, and the sequence of responsibilities.

Continuous follow-up with all university formations to update organizational structures within the college.
Coordination with the Organizational Structures Division at the Administrative and Financial Department in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding all updates, innovations, and urgent changes.
Cooperation with all university formations to provide all required data related to the organizational structure.
Follow-up with the Administrative and Financial Department to track changes in the organizational structure.
Provide administrative consultation to all university formations regarding administrative innovations.
Conduct training courses for university staff on how to build the organizational structure according to regulations and instructions.
Submit the organizational structure of the university annually to the ministry for approval.
