لمسؤولي وحدات شؤون المواطنين في تشكيلات الجامعة. وكان للسيدة رحاب كريم مسؤولة وحدة شؤون المواطنين في لمعهد التقني الديوانية من المشاركين في الاجتماع هذا
وتم خلال الإجتماع مناقشة محاور التقييم السنوي لعمل الشعبة ، التحديات والمعوقات إضافة إلى تحديات مهام وحدات شؤون المواطنين .
الزُهَيْري خلال كلمة الافتتاح أكد بضرورة تعزيز مكانة الوحدة واعتماد الصيغ الإدارية والقانونية المناسبة وأعتماد توجيهات الوزارة مؤخراً .
وشهد الإجتماع مناقشات وحوارات تصب حول الجوانب التطويرية لمفاصل عمل وحدات شؤون المواطنين في تشكيلات الجامعة من خلال العرض التقديمي لنشاطات ومنجزات شؤون المواطنين خلال العام 2021 .
ويذكر أن شعبة شؤون المواطنين تعد النافذه الرئيسية لاستقبال كافة الطلبات وتعمل الشعبة بكافة الوسائل المتاحة لديها على خلق روح من الثقة وتعزيز أطر التعاون مابين المواطنين ومؤسسات الجامعة بشفافية وموضوعية لتذليل كافة الصعوبات التي تواجههم اثناء مراجعتهم لمؤسسات الجامعة وتسريع الاجابة لطلباتهم بما يتلائم مع متطلبات الادارة المعاصرة وتذليل الصعاب بين صاحب الطلب والجهة ذات العلاقة .
هذا وقد حضر الإجتماع مساعد رئيس الجامعة للشؤون الإدارية والقانونية الأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد المحسن المجتومي ومدير قسم المتابعة ومدير مكتب رئيس الجامعة .
