Dr. Zaki Mohamed Abbas Bahya, the Dean of Polytechnic College – Al-Qadisiyah, conducted a field visit to various departments and units within the college. During the visit, he listened to the needs and suggestions of the staff and instructed the relevant authorities to take the necessary steps to address these needs and improve the work environment.

The tour included visits to both administrative and academic units, where he met with teaching, technical, and administrative staff. They discussed the main challenges faced in the workflow and ways to resolve them to ensure enhanced performance and provide the necessary support.

During the meetings, the Dean emphasized the college’s commitment to continuous communication with all staff members, responding to their feedback and needs, and working to provide the necessary requirements for optimal performance. This, in turn, will positively impact the educational process and administrative services at the college.

The visit concluded with a reaffirmation of the importance of cooperation between the administration and staff in all departments and units to ensure the provision of a motivating and efficient work environment, fostering a sense of belonging and professional commitment among all staff members.
