The Registration Unit is one of the main units in the college, responsible for managing students’ academic affairs from admission until graduation. It organizes and follows up all procedures related to registration, documentation, and academic monitoring in coordination with the academic departments.

Registration Unit Tasks

New Student Registration: Entering accepted students’ data electronically and completing official registration documents.

Academic Records Management: Archiving each student’s academic information, including courses, grades, and academic levels.

Academic Status Monitoring: Implementing procedures for deferment, withdrawal, transfer, or re-enrollment according to approved regulations.

Issuing University IDs: Printing and distributing official student IDs, and renewing them as needed.

Semester Registration Organization: Supervising course registration processes according to the official academic calendar.

Statistics and Reports Preparation: Providing accurate data regarding student numbers, academic status, and registration movements.

Through these tasks, the unit ensures smooth academic processes and accurate student data, enhancing the efficiency of the college’s academic administration.
