First-stage evening studies students from the Department of Business Administration Techniques at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College executed a distinguished voluntary activity by manufacturing and installing custom shelving units designed for storing mobile phones inside the examination halls. This initiative aims to organize the storage process and enable students to place their devices safely in front of them during exams, while preventing the mixing of personal devices.
The project was carried out under the supervision of the Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Jaafar Kadhim, and the Department Coordinator, Lecturer Ahmed Ghaffar Hussein, with the follow-up of Assistant Professor Dr. Amoodah Ubaid Hussein. This initiative falls within the framework of fostering a spirit of cooperation and voluntary work among students, and preparing an organized, safe examination environment that serves everyone.
This activity is one of the positive initiatives that reflect a sense of responsibility and belonging among the department’s students, demonstrating their commitment to supporting the educational environment within the college.

نفذ طلبة المرحلة الأولى / الدراسة المسائية في قسم تقنيات إدارة الأعمال في كلية البوليتكنك القادسية، عملاً تطوعياً مميزاً تمثل بصناعة وتجهيز رفوف خاصة لحفظ أجهزة الهواتف المحمولة داخل القاعات الامتحانية التابعة للقسم، بهدف تنظيم عملية حفظ الأجهزة وتمكين الطلبة من وضع هواتفهم بأمان أمامهم أثناء أداء الامتحانات، فضلاً عن تجنب اختلاط الأجهزة مع بعضها البعض.
وجاء هذا العمل بإشراف السيد رئيس القسم ا.م.د صادق جعفر كاظم، والسيد مقرر القسم م. أحمد غفار حسين، وبمتابعة ا.م.د عمودة عبيد حسين، في إطار تعزيز روح التعاون والعمل التطوعي بين الطلبة، وتهيئة بيئة امتحانية منظمة وآمنة تخدم الجميع.
ويعد هذا النشاط من المبادرات الإيجابية التي تعكس حس المسؤولية والانتماء لدى طلبة القسم وحرصهم على المساهمة في دعم البيئة التعليمية داخل الكلية.
