College Media Representative
The Dean of the Polytechnic College – Al-Qadisiyah, Professor Dr. Zaki Muhammad Abbas Bahiah, in the presence of the Associate Deans, received the Director of the Continuing Education Center at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University presidency, Professor Dr. Mahdi Hatif, and his accompanying delegation. The visit aimed to evaluate the performance of the college’s Continuing Education Unit and review the completed training plan for the (2025–2026) academic year.
The visit included following up on the activities and training programs implemented by the unit, as well as assessing the level of achievement reached within the approved plan. He praised the unit’s high level of organization and its success in fully completing the training plan in accordance with the set goals.
Furthermore, Professor Dr. Mahdi Hatif commended the outstanding efforts exerted by the Continuing Education Unit, represented by the Head of the Unit, Lecturer Dr. Ali Majeed Khalil, Assistant Lecturer Zaid Ali Abdul-Kazim, and Ms. Kawthar Muhammad Shaker, in following up on the unit’s workflow and opening new horizons for mutual cooperation with state departments and various institutions in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, thereby contributing to enhancing the college’s training and service role.
The visit also featured a tour of the college’s Continuing Education Center, during which he reviewed the progress of work and the implementation mechanisms of the training programs. Additionally, he monitored the National Exam conducted at the college, praising the efforts made to provide the appropriate environment for its success in accordance with approved standards.
