The Objective:
The division aims to graduate technically qualified personnel, both cognitively and skillfully, to manufacture prostheses of all types and medical supports in prosthetic centers affiliated with public hospitals and the private sector. Additionally, it seeks to provide consultations and scientific support to develop the related infrastructure, as well as to promote scientific research in the fields of prosthetics, orthotics, and various types of disabilities.

The Division of Prosthetics and Orthotics Techniques strives to achieve local and regional leadership in the field of prosthetics and orthotics, excellence in education and scientific research, and meeting the needs of society. The division aims to stay updated with the latest scientific and technological advancements in this field and apply them in a way that enhances the quality of learning across all areas. The division is dedicated to creating a supportive environment that provides students with learning and growth opportunities, preparing them with a comprehensive understanding of prosthetics, including the maintenance of patients’ well-being, and equipping them to work efficiently in specialized healthcare centers.
