A delegation from Al-Diwaniya Technical Institute, headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul-Hussein Muhammad, Vice Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Professor Dr. Khudair Majid Allawi, Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, along with several faculty members, visited His Excellency Mr. Abbas Sha’il Al-Zamili, the Governor of Al-Diwaniyah. During the visit, the delegation emphasized that the institute is undergoing significant expansion, with an increasing number of students. This growth necessitates the establishment of service projects aimed at developing and modernizing the academic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The delegation highlighted the importance of including the institute in the upcoming urban development and infrastructure plans, given its role as a major educational institution in the governorate. The institute plays a vital role in providing skilled labor to the local workforce across various fields, thus contributing to the economic development of the region. The delegation also stressed the need for support in the areas of development and construction, aligning the institute with other governmental institutions in the province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, the delegation requested the Governor’s assistance in the maintenance and rehabilitation of the external roads leading to the institute, to facilitate the entry and exit of students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In response, the Governor expressed his appreciation for the visit, recognizing the importance of strengthening collaboration between the educational institution and the provincial government.
