The event was attended by <strong>Ms. Sundus Al-Mousawi<\/strong>, a member of the Al-Diwaniyah Provincial Council, along with faculty members, technical staff, and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The seminar was presented by <strong>Sheikh Qasim Al-Hashimi<\/strong>, President of the Association, who discussed the importance of developing personal and collective leadership skills, building self-awareness on scientific and ethical foundations, enhancing self-confidence, and making sound decisions. Sheikh Al-Hashimi emphasized that true leadership begins with understanding oneself and clearly defining goals, and that self-development is the cornerstone of academic, professional, and social success.
