Under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahiyah, the Department of Community Health Technologies, in cooperation with the University Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the college, and in collaboration with the Family Counseling Center affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, held a scientific seminar entitled \u201cPsychological Counseling for Coping with Work-Related Stress.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The seminar included scientific lectures delivered by Professor Dr. Alaa Taha Yassin Al-Khikani, Assistant Professor Dr. Massar Jabbar Jari, Head of the Department, and Assistant Lecturer Inam Mohammed Abdulhassan. They addressed the concept of psychological counseling and its importance in confronting work-related stress and its impact on mental health and job performance, in addition to reviewing a number of practical methods for dealing with daily pressures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The seminar witnessed active interaction from attendees through questions and discussions, contributing to the enhancement of psychological awareness and the consolidation of a culture of attention to mental health within the university environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
