A delegation from Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College participated in the specialized international training program to qualify certified trainers in soft skills development within academic environments. The program was organized by the Continuing Education Center at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University in cooperation with Gulf College in the Sultanate of Oman, and in collaboration with the International Institute for Training and Institutional Development. It was held from 25\u201328 January 2026 in the Sultanate of Oman, Muscat Governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The college delegation included Professor Dr. Ali Abdulhussein Sakban, Professor Dr. Taher Hamid Abbas, Assistant Professor Dr. Wasan Kamel Aflouk, Lecturer Dr. Marwa Ali Awda, and Assistant Lecturer Maysar I\u2019lan Abbas, alongside the participation of more than 60 participants from Iraqi and Arab universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The program covered advanced training topics focusing on the development of soft skills, building training capacities, and enhancing academic competencies in line with the requirements of modern higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the conclusion of the program, participants were awarded internationally accredited certificates issued by the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
