They presented scientific lectures addressing the legal and accounting aspects associated with the remote work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course aimed to highlight the most significant legal changes accompanying the spread of remote work and their implications for accounting aspects, particularly in the field of cost accounting, thereby enhancing the capacity of academic and administrative staff to keep pace with modern developments in the work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course covered several key topics, most notably:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The concept of remote work and its modern forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reasons for the spread of remote work and its importance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal transformations in labor law resulting from remote work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The impact of these transformations on the relationship between employee and employer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship in a remote work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote work contracts and the transformations affecting them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The impact of legal transformations in remote work on cost accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The integration between legal transformations and cost accounting decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the conclusion of the course, the organizers emphasized the importance of keeping pace with legal and accounting developments in order to contribute to the advancement of academic and administrative performance within the college.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al-Politeknik College \u2013 Al-Qadisiyah at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University organized a training course entitled \u201cLegal Transformations in Labor Law Due to Remote Work and Their Impact on Cost Accounting,\u201d with the participation of a number of faculty members and staff from the Department of Accounting Techniques.
