Dr. Asaad Thamer Makbas, a lecturer in the Department of Nursing Technologies at Polytechnic College \u2013 Al-Qadisiyah, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, participated in a workshop held in Erbil titled “Establishing Sectoral Councils for Green and Digital Economy.” He represented the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Al-Diwaniyah Governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
