The Department of Health Administration Technologies at the Polytechnic College \u2013 Al-Qadisiyah, one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, organized a religious educational seminar entitled \u201cThe Role of Religious Awareness in Building the Individual and Society.\u201d The seminar was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahiyah; the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdulhussein Mohammed; heads of the scientific departments; as well as a number of staff members and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The seminar was delivered by Sheikh Abdul Ridha Maash, who addressed the importance of instilling conscious religious culture as a foundation for building a balanced personality capable of confronting contemporary intellectual challenges. He emphasized that moral values derived from religious teachings constitute a key factor in achieving social stability and strengthening the spirit of responsibility and belonging. He further highlighted the role of religious awareness in guiding individual behavior toward positivity and moderation, thereby contributing to the construction of a cohesive society founded on respect and solidarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In his remarks, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahiyah, affirmed that organizing such seminars contributes to raising students\u2019 awareness and reinforcing the system of moral values that positively reflects on the university environment. He noted the College Deanship\u2019s commitment to supporting cultural and awareness activities that combine academic and educational dimensions and contribute to preparing a conscious generation capable of addressing intellectual and behavioral challenges. He also expressed his appreciation to Sheikh Abdul Ridha Maash for his efforts in delivering a valuable lecture that enriched the seminar and strengthened its educational message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the conclusion of the seminar, the floor was opened for discussion and interventions, which witnessed active engagement from attendees, with several questions and inquiries answered comprehensively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
