It examined several key pillars, including legislative transparency, information systems transparency, communications, decision-making, administrative accountability, and performance evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The researcher adopted a descriptive survey methodology, targeting a sample of employees within sports federations and clubs in Al-Qadisiyah. The goal was to diagnose the reality of administrative transparency in sports management and identify the primary challenges facing the development of administrative performance in sports institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study concluded with a set of results and recommendations emphasizing the importance of fostering a culture of administrative transparency.
