Prof. Dr. Muammal Hussein, Dr. Diana Neama, and Ms. Nada Ahmed Fayrouz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar explored the concept of&nbsp;<strong>Emotional Intelligence (EI)<\/strong>&nbsp;as the ability to understand and positively manage one\u2019s own emotions and the emotions of others to enhance communication and build healthy relationships. It emphasized that EI is a fundamental element of social and professional success, being no less important than cognitive intelligence (IQ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session also included an explanation of the key components of emotional intelligence, such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and communication skills.
