In collaboration with the Technological Incubator and Ecosystem Unit, the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technologies at the Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College\u2014a constituent of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University\u2014organized a training workshop titled: “Employing the Potential of Final-Year Students and Graduates in the Labor Market.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop was presented by Lecturer Suhair Ghazi Mahdi and Assistant Lecturer Zahraa Karim Mashi, with the participation of a diverse group of students.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives of the Workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The primary goal of the session was to enhance students’ professional skills and bolster their readiness for the workforce. This was achieved by:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
