Under the executive plan of the National Strategy for Iraqi Women (Paragraph 1 \/ Pillar 2), the Women\u2019s Affairs Unit at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College\u2014a constituent of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University\u2014organized a workshop titled: “Women’s Economic Empowerment: From Idea to Funding.” The session was held in collaboration with the Department of Business Administration and presented by Dr. Saadia Hilal, Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Mousa, and Assistant Lecturer Sarah Basim.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives and Significance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop emphasized that economic empowerment is a cornerstone for achieving sustainable development and enhancing women’s roles within society. The discussions focused on the methodology of transforming simple concepts into viable, productive projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
