The visit was conducted under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Wasan Kamil Aflook, Assistant Lecturer Sanaa Saad Kadhim, Ms. Hayam Saleh Mohammed, and Ms. Saba Mash\u2019al.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectives of the Visit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The visit aimed to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Familiarize students with the industrial work environment and the mechanisms of production operations management in one of the region&#8217;s most prominent local factories.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Strengthen the practical application of the theoretical knowledge students receive during their academic lectures.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Field Observations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>During their tour of the facility, the students were introduced to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Manufacturing Stages: Detailed insights into fabric production processes and assembly lines.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Quality Control: The systems implemented to ensure product standards.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Planning and Administration: Management mechanisms that contribute to operational efficiency and the enhancement of national products.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The students also received comprehensive briefings from the factory&#8217;s technical staff regarding modern technologies used in the textile industry, as well as current marketing and distribution strategies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bridging the Gap with the Labor Market<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This initiative is part of the college\u2019s ongoing commitment to connecting students with the labor market, developing their practical skills, and empowering them with the field-based knowledge essential to their specialization.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By: College Media Department The Department of Business Administration Techniques at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College\u2014a constituent of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University\u2014organized a scientific field visit to the Diwaniyah Textile Factory.
