The sessions were presented by Assistant Lecturer Rasha Hameed, Assistant Lecturer Zaid Kadhim, and Assistant Lecturer Ali Samer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course addressed the concept of modern leadership as the ability to positively influence and drive change within the workplace, rather than merely holding a position of authority.
