The Citizens’ Affairs Unit at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, an institution of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, organized a workshop titled “The Mechanism of the Citizens’ Affairs Unit’s Work.” The event was attended by several staff members and individuals interested in developing administrative services and enhancing institutional communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The workshop was presented by Ms. Nada Jabbar Dubai, the website administrator, and Miss Rehab Karim, the head of the Citizens’ Affairs Unit. They provided a detailed explanation of the unit’s nature of work and its vital role in receiving citizens’ requests, tracking their complaints and suggestions, and working to find appropriate solutions in accordance with approved administrative and legal procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The session included an explanation of the mechanism for organizing, documenting, and referring requests to competent authorities. It also covered tracking the completion of these requests within specific timeframes to ensure transparency and rapid response to citizens’ needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, the workshop discussed the importance of humane and professional engagement with citizens, alongside active listening to their issues and needs. This approach contributes to building trust between the institution and the community, while highlighting the unit’s role in improving service quality and fostering effective communication between citizens and the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This workshop comes as part of the college deanship’s continuous efforts to develop administrative performance and elevate the efficiency of service units to achieve the highest standards of service provided to citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
