Developing Women&#8217;s Professional Skills"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\/ College Media Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Women\u2019s Affairs Unit at the Polytechnic College \u2013 Al-Qadisiyah, a division of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, organized a workshop entitled &#8220;From Ambition to Achievement.. Developing Women&#8217;s Professional Skills.&#8221; The event was held within the framework of the National Strategic Plan to Combat Violence Against Women and Girls, specifically under the protection and prevention pillar \/ item (1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Mubajal Kazim, Assistant Lecturer Zainab Khirbat, Assistant Lecturer Hassan Hadi, and Miss Rehab Karim Hadi, the Head of the Women\u2019s Affairs Unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop aimed to enhance women&#8217;s professional capacities and empower them to transform ambitions and goals into tangible achievements by developing the personal and professional skills necessary for success in the workplace. Furthermore, it highlighted the importance of clearly defining goals and establishing practical plans to achieve them, while focusing on building self-confidence and capitalizing on individual potential and capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop also addressed effective communication skills, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving, exploring their roles in improving professional efficiency and achieving career excellence. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of continuous learning and acquiring new expertise and knowledge to keep pace with labor market demands and rapid changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop concluded by reaffirming that professional success begins with believing in one&#8217;s own capabilities, continuously developing skills, and persevering in the face of challenges.
