The Citizens’ Affairs Unit is part of the administrative structure of the Office of the Dean, represented by Ms. Rehab Karim Hadi, the unit’s supervisor. It serves as the primary point of contact for receiving all requests. The unit utilizes all available means to foster trust and strengthen cooperation between citizens and educational institutions with transparency and objectivity, aiming to alleviate any difficulties citizens may face when interacting with the educational institution. The unit also strives to expedite responses to requests in line with modern administrative requirements, ensuring smooth communication between the requestor and the relevant authority.
Functions of the Citizens’ Affairs Unit:
Receiving complaints and suggestions from citizens and providing appropriate responses.
Providing citizens with information regarding government services and social programs.
Assisting citizens in resolving issues they encounter when dealing with government entities.
Coordinating services between various government agencies to maximize benefits for citizens.
Improving the services provided to citizens by collecting suggestions and complaints.
Promoting interaction between citizens and government entities through organizing meetings and seminars.
