– Responding to official correspondence from the university and other official entities.
– Carrying out notifications received from judicial authorities.
– Following up on lawsuits filed by the institute against others or vice versa.
– Monitoring investigative committees.
– Following up on and completing the records of the appraisal committees.
– Following up on and completing the records of the cancellation committees.
– Following up on and completing the records of the sale and rental committees.
– Following up on and completing the records of the university housing committee.
– Recording information received regarding the dismissal of employees.
– Recording information received regarding asset seizures.
– Recording information received regarding stolen machinery.
– Organizing commitments related to accountability and justice committees.
– Recording information received regarding the dismissal of employees.
– Organizing written commitments for all staff members and external lecturers.
– Completing all procedures related to applying for residential land for faculty members and technicians.
– Organizing forms for obtaining loans and advances.
– Organizing work contracts for external lecturers.
– Organizing temporary work contracts and daily wages for institute workers.
– Following up on matters related to the land on which the institute is built.
– Participating in courses and workshops held at the Middle Euphrates Technical University.
– The legal unit is administratively linked to the Dean.
