The Follow-up Division is an administrative unit responsible for campus security and order. It handles staff security checks, data entry and verification, ID monitoring, receiving visitors, and coordinating with the Facilities Protection Force to ensure the college’s security and implement university directives.
Performance Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of plans and programs according to set schedules.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on progress and potential issues and submit them to relevant authorities.
Projects: Follow up on project execution and perform technical and financial audits to assess completion rates and propose solutions.
Administrative Issues: Monitor regulations and laws, propose amendments, and handle complaints and inquiries.
