Citizens Affairs Unit

The Citizens Affairs Unit is affiliated with the Office of the Dean and serves as the main channel for receiving and organizing citizens’ requests and complaints. The unit is responsible for safeguarding citizens’ interests and works to employ modern scientific and technical methods to establish a system that strengthens trust and enhances the relationship between citizens and the college within a framework of transparency, objectivity, and mutual respect. It also seeks to facilitate communication between citizens and the college and to overcome any difficulties they may face during their visits.

Main Tasks of the Citizens Affairs Unit

Receiving citizens, listening to their complaints, and directing them to the appropriate department or unit.
Receiving requests or complaints and preparing official reports to be submitted to the responsible authorities in the college.
Conducting daily meetings with citizens, especially exceptional cases, and submitting recommendations to the Dean.
Directly supervising and organizing the Dean’s meetings according to official instructions.
Informing citizens about the actions taken regarding their requests or complaints through phone communication or in-person visits.
Preparing statistical reports on the number of meetings conducted by the Dean.
