The Documents and Graduate Follow-up Unit is responsible for organizing and issuing graduation documents and official letters for students and graduates. It also follows up on graduate data and verifies the authenticity of official documents.

Main Tasks of the Unit

Issuing graduation orders for students for each academic year according to departments, including previous graduates.
Issuing graduation confirmations and documents for students wishing to apply for employment.
Issuing grade transcripts for students nominated for admission to colleges (Top 10%) and students admitted to private and evening colleges according to admission confirmations.
Preparing grade transcripts in Arabic and English and sending them to the authority for authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Responding to government institutions regarding the authenticity of issued documents after verifying official records.
Providing the Internet Center with the names of graduates each year to publish them on Ministry, Authority, and College websites.
