 and Sonography Techniques at Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College—one of the formations of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University—has published a scientific research paper titled “The Effect of Aerobic Exercises and Lactic Acid on the Most Important Physical Abilities and Some Variables of the Cardiorespiratory System Among Youth Football Players.” The paper was published in the Iraqi Journal of Humanitarian, Social and Scientific Research.

The research aims to:

  1. Identify the impact of aerobic exercises and lactic acid on the physical and motor abilities of youth players.
  2. Identify the impact of aerobic exercises and lactic acid on the cardiorespiratory system of youth players.

The study also addressed the role of aerobic exercises in improving physical fitness and raising the efficiency of the circulatory and respiratory systems. Additionally, it investigated the impact of lactic acid accumulation on physical performance during athletic exertion, highlighting its importance in developing effective training programs for youth football players. 

These research efforts fall within the framework of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College’s keenness to support the scientific output of its staff and encourage scientific research that contributes to serving the community and developing institutions across various fields.
