Professor Dr. Zaki Mohammed Abbas Bahiyya, the Dean of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College, participated in the first annual festival organized by the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine to honor female students wearing the Iraqi abaya in schools across Diwaniyah Governorate.
The festival was organized by the University and School Relations Division, part of the Public Relations Department at the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, as part of the National Al-Kafeel Youth Project, with the participation of approximately 1,000 female students from the preparatory stage in the schools of the Diwaniyah Directorate of Education.
The participation of the Dean of Al-Qadisiyah Polytechnic College underscores the college’s commitment to supporting community and educational initiatives that promote ethical values and preserve the authentic cultural identity among students.
