Assistant Lecturer Adnan Hamid Yassin, Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit, along with the liaison members, including Lecturer Dr. Diana Nima Abdul Razzaq and Assistant Lecturer Zainab Youssef Ali, participated in a workshop organized by the Presidency of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University titled “From Vision to Leadership: An Analytical Study of the Research Path in Global Rankings.”
The workshop aimed to highlight the university’s position in global rankings, explore mechanisms for improving the research path, and address the challenges faced by Quality Assurance Units and liaison members, particularly regarding ranking indicators and the publication of research in reputable global repositories.
The workshop covered several key topics that contribute to enhancing academic and research performance, as well as promoting a culture of quality that aligns with strategic plans to improve both local and international rankings.
