Assistant Professor Dr. Amal Marza Al-Khazali, a faculty member in the Department of Accounting Techniques at the Polytechnic College – Al-Qadisiyah, participated as a member of the committee for the defense of a master’s thesis at the Administrative Technical College / Kufa.

The thesis, entitled “The Role of Cultural Dimensions and the Triple Sustainability (ESG) in Corporate Performance,” was submitted by the master’s student Hanan Fadhil Abdulhussein Jassim.

The defense session featured a distinguished scientific presentation addressing the importance of cultural dimensions and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sustainability standards and their implications for improving corporate performance and enhancing competitiveness. The session also included an extensive academic discussion by the committee members, which contributed to enriching the thesis topic and deepening its findings.

This participation reflects the active scientific and academic presence of the faculty members of the Polytechnic College – Al-Qadisiyah and their contribution to scientific committees and postgraduate thesis defenses in various universities and colleges, thereby strengthening academic cooperation and the exchange of scientific expertise.
