The Accounting Techniques Department at the Polytechnic College – Al-Qadisiyah, a constituent of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, organized a scientific field visit to Balad Al-Shumookh Telecommunications Company for second-year students.

Objectives and Highlights
The primary goal of the visit was to bolster the students’ practical knowledge and familiarize them with accounting mechanisms within telecommunications companies, which represent a vital sector in the Iraqi market.
During the tour, students were introduced to several key areas, including:
• Billing systems and financial record management.
• Financial analysis methods.
• Modern technologies utilized for tracking accounting operations and ensuring data accuracy.
